Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging when applicable.

Before You Return

Please contact Pawvera support before returning an item. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct next steps. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, some products may not be returnable once opened or used. This may include grooming items, consumables, personalized items, and select pet care products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help with the best available resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or claim is reviewed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
